Because this item is customized to an individual school or team it is non-returnable.  While we will match all colors as closely as possible, the printing process we utilize does not allow for 100% color match for any logo or artwork.  If you would like us to use your particular artwork you can upload it at a different location on our site after purchase.  Please note, purchasing this product will not result in an immediate charge to the credit card submitted.  The card information will be maintained and charged only after your artwork has been approved for production and a formal quotation, including delivery charges, has been provided.

This item ships unassembled via LTL freight carrier from Wisconsin to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.  Items ship one or two per pallet approximately six weeks after receipt of order AND art approval.  Upon arrival, it is the job of the receiving party to inspect and record any damage, hidden or in view.  Any items not clearly marked on the Bill of Lading as damaged upon receipt will no longer be the responsibility of the freight carrier or Built-Rite BR Inc. (Spirit Station by Built-Rite).
